Dr. E. Startseva has graduated from Almaty State Medical University in 1979. Her total medical experience is 39 years, and she heads the department for 15 years.
Eleonora Konstantinovna is the allergist of the highest qualification category.
She was the scientific supervisor of the introduction of 5 innovative methods of diagnostics and treatment of allergic diseases. The most significant and pertinent were the allergy screening method for the diagnostics of allergic conditions and the use of Pulmicort in bronchial asthma.
She is the author of more than 20 scientific papers in various scientific and medical journals of Kazakhstan.
She has three certificates for intellectual products in allergology, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and the treatment of chronic recurrent furunculosis.
She participated in several International forums, conferences, and congresses. She received training on acute issues of allergology at prestigious clinics of Russia and Turkey. Eleonora Konstantinovna was awarded by many Certificates of Merit of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the badge of the Excellent Worker of Public Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the anniversary medal “20 years of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan.”
